Groundbreaking for new Seattle streetcar line

SEATTLE (AP) -- Sound Transit and Seattle officials are breaking ground Monday for a streetcar line through the city's First Hill neighborhood.
The 2.5-mile, $134 million project was approved by voters in 2008 and should be rolling in about two years.
KING-TV reports (http://is.gd/RCYx4G) it will connect First Hill, Capitol Hill and Pioneer Square, linking to light rail service.
