Letter: PC intervention clogging campuses

The Columbian
Published: April 23, 2012, 5:00pm

In proudly endorsing Gender Neutral Bathroom Week at Washington State University Vancouver campus in an April 16 letter, Natalie Witt wants to “stir up some dust from the minds of readers, force them to face some minor discomfort on behalf of the human race.”

So, others must undergo discomfort merely because a few women spoke unkindly to Witt in a ladies’ room? I’m glad these infantile philosophies only take root in college. Give bright students a lurid dose of political correctness early on and they’ll soon develop coping skills and acquire immunity from it.
