Passenger killed in car crash at Battle Ground

BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (AP) -- The passenger in a car that hit a tree Tuesday night at Battle Ground was killed and the driver was arrested for investigation of vehicular homicide.
The Clark County sheriff's office says alcohol is a factor and the driver's license had been suspended. The28-year-old Oregon man was treated at a hospital and booked into jail.
