Two Ridgefield wineries earn silver medals in competition

Three Brothers Vineyard & Winery and Bethany Vineyard & Winery, both in Ridgefield, have won silver medals in the U.S. National Wine Competition for their locally grown and made pinot noir wines.
Three Brothers also won a silver medal for its 2008 syrah, along with a Double Gold, Best of Class for its 2009 tempranillo. The awards were announced April 20.
