Hough -- The Junior Joy Team has struck again. Team members got together with the entire student body of Hough Elementary School on the afternoon of April 11 to talk about joy and why it matters. Then they wrote letters of appreciation to the Vancouver Police Department. The notes will be caringly stuffed into Happy Packets prior to delivery in early May. The Junior Joy Team is a nonprofit corporation begun in Vancouver by chief joy officer Michele McKeag Larsen, whose mission is to bring optimism to millions. Learn more at http://thejoyteam.org.
