YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) -- A 22-year-old man convicted for his role in the shooting death of a 24-year-old woman in Yakima faces about 12 years in prison when he is sentenced.
A Yakima County Superior Court jury convicted Ivan Izazaga of manslaughter Wednesday in the death last June of Yecenia Guerrero, a teacher's aide. She was shot in a car as it pulled into a fast-food restaurant.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reports (http://is.gd/I1gnqC ) Izazaga mistakenly identified the car. He had been looking for another car in a feud.
Another man in Izazaga's car is accused of firing the fatal shot and remains at large.
