FINLEY, Wash. (AP) — Columbia Basin Dive Rescue divers spent several hours early Thursday retrieving a stolen car that was ditched in the Columbia River at Finley, near Kennewick.
KNDU reports (http://is.gd/epATeC ) a train conductor reported seeing headlights in the water at 1:30 a.m. near Hover Park.
Divers checked and found no one inside the car.
