EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — Ex-prison guard Dallen Brown was sentenced in Snohomish County Superior Court to a year and eight months in prison for domestic violence.
The Daily Herald reports (http://is.gd/jcigYr) the 29-year-old who pleaded guilty in February cried at Wednesday’s sentencing in Everett and promised to become a better person.
Brown was fired from his job as a Monroe corrections officer after he was accused last July of assaulting his wife.
