PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A fisherman was in the right place Wednesday along the Willamette River in Portland to fish out a man who fell from the Steel Bridge.
Portland Fire and Rescue says the man in his mid-20s had fallen while engaged in parkour, a sport that involves a variety of movements such as leaping and climbing to negotiate obstacles. The man went over the railing and into the water.
