Portland man killed in car crash at Battle Ground

BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (AP) -- The man killed in a Tuesday night car crash at Battle Ground has been identified by as an 18-year-old from Portland, Benjamin Arnoux.
The Clark County sheriff's office says the driver, 28-year-old Sarengaw Ham of Portland, was arrested for investigation of vehicular homicide. Investigators said his driver's license had been suspended and alcohol was a factor in his driving into a tree.
