The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In March, the Nursing Commission charged registered nurse Natalie Alice Hendricks with unprofessional conduct for allegedly working as a nurse while her credential was expired.

In March, the Dental Commission charged dentist Barry J. Suta with unprofessional conduct. He was convicted of assault — domestic violence and assault.

In March, the Nursing Assistant Program ended the probation order against registered nursing assistant Denis A. Nikiforyan.In April, the Nursing Assistant Program ended the probation order against certified nursing assistant Julia Brookes Willich.
