BEREA, Ohio (AP) — The Cleveland Browns selected Boise State defensive lineman Billy Winn with their second pick in the sixth round of the NFL draft.

The 6-foot-3, 296-pound Winn played tackle for the Broncos, but could shift to defensive end in the pros. Winn, who weighed 260 pounds when he arrived at Boise State, made 41 career starts in college. He finished with 131 tackles and 15.5 career sacks.

He’ll give Cleveland depth up front as defensive coordinator Dick Jauron likes to rotate his down linemen.

Winn was taken with the 205th overall pick, one of four compensatory selections awarded to Cleveland. The Browns also have two seventh-round picks.
