Allegiant building office at Bellingham airport

BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) -- Allegiant Air plans to build its own building at Bellingham International Airport to provide space for offices and flight crews.
The Bellingham Herald reports (http://is.gd/OO8cej) Port of Bellingham commissioners are expected to vote Tuesday to approve a 30-year lease.
Allegiant bases five of its MD-80 planes in Bellingham and has about 150 employees at the airport.
