Crouch memorial run raises $4,000 for scholarship fund

Columbia Way — A 5K run and walk drew 103 participants to Marine Park on July 14 and raised approximately $4,000 for a Seattle Pacific University scholarship fund. It was the third-annual run in memory of Jordan Crouch, a 2000 graduate of Skyview High School who died in 2010. "We are humbled by the continued support of family, friends and the community," said his mom, Sharon Crouch. The scholarship will benefit business or theology majors with an interest in youth ministry. The first Jordan L. Crouch scholarship will be awarded in the spring of 2013.
