Convalescent center receives five-star rating

The Fort Vancouver Convalescent Center has been awarded a five-star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The organization gives care facilities a star rating based on key performance indicators, including staffing, health inspections and quality. A five-star rating is the highest achievable rating.
Fort Vancouver Convalescent Center is a post-acute rehab facility. It’s been family owned and managed since 1981.
