Hazel Dell — Supermarket WinCo has filed plans with Clark County to remodel and expand its store at 9700 N.E. Highway 99. The existing store is just more than 79,000 square feet on 9.6 acres; the proposal is for an additional 13,755 square feet of store space, plus a reconfigured parking lot. The county hasn't acted on the proposal yet.
