SEATTLE — The last big piece of the Space Shuttle trainer is schedule to arrive at Seattle’s Museum of Flight on Thursday morning.

NASA’s special Super Guppy plane will be delivering the front section of the payload bay at Boeing Field. From there, it will be moved to the nearby museum’s space gallery.

The Museum of Flight won the opportunity to display the full-scale mockup of a space shuttle, which has been used to train every NASA astronaut in the space shuttle era.

The display is expected to open in October, and visitors will be able to walk through the Shuttle trainer.
