Sex offender update

Two high-risk sex offenders known for targeting girls have recently changed their addresses, and another has registered with the sheriff's office as homeless in the Vancouver area.
These men are classified as Level 3 sex offenders, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes.
• Earl Raymond Grant, 37, lives in the 1100 block of Southeast 146th Court. He was convicted of third-degree rape and disorderly conduct after sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Grant is known to drive a green 1996 Chevy Lumina. He is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 225 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He is monitored by the Department of Corrections, the Vancouver Police Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sex Offender Registration Unit.
• Robert Earl Ferguson, 42, lives in the 3300 block of East 18th Street.
In 1992, Ferguson was convicted of second-degree rape of a 13-year-old girl in Oregon. He was also convicted in Oregon and Clark County for hiding in a women's locker room to watch women undress, of public indecency, fourth-degree assault, failure to register as a sex offender, hiding in a stall in the women's restroom at Wintler Park, exposing himself to a 11-year-old girl at Westfield Vancouver mall, and voyeurism.
Ferguson is white, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 220 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is known to drive a white, four-door 1989 Mercedes 300.
He is monitored by the Vancouver Police Department Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
• Donnie Lee Fisher, 47, is known for filming young girls. He pleaded guilty to two counts of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. Fisher recently registered with the sheriff's office as homeless in the Vancouver area.
Fisher is white, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 155 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
He is monitored by the Department of Corrections and the Clark County Sex Offender Registration Unit.
