Two boys were taken into custody Monday morning and accused of breaking into Pacific Middle School in east Vancouver.

About 4 a.m., neighbors of the school reported a suspicious vehicle parked nearby and called 911.

A Clark County Sheriff’s deputy arrived to check and found the boys near the school. He stopped them and another deputy checked the school. According to a sheriff’s news release, the deputy found that the school had been entered and several computers were dumped outside.

The juveniles, ages 15 and 16, were taken into custody on suspicion of burglary and booked into the juvenile detention center. Their names were not released.

Pacific Middle School is at 2017 N.E. 172nd Ave.
