Police arrest graffiti suspect

Vancouver police arrested a 14-year-old boy who they believe is responsible for an increase in graffiti in the Fruit Valley neighborhood.
The teen was arrested Thursday on suspicion of second-degree burglary and third-degree malicious mischief based on an investigation by the West Precinct Neighborhood Response Team.
He was booked into the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center.
