Sex offender update

The Clark County Sheriff's office says a high-risk sex offender is now homeless in the Vancouver area.
Jimmie John Hoover, 44, recently registered as homeless. He was convicted of first-degree rape of a child in 1992 and indecent liberties in 1986.
Hoover is 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He is not wanted by police at this time; he will be monitored by the Clark County Sheriff's Office and Vancouver police.
