Downtown building: A Vancouver building at the corner of West 15th and Columbia streets was formerly owned by 314 West LLC. Tom Dennis, principal administrator of HDJ Design Group, and Brian Hopper, principal emeritus of the design firm, are two of its registered owners. West Coast Bank acquired the property through a deed in lieu of foreclosure. New buyers said they expect to pay $3.6 million for the building, but the deal is in escrow and has not closed.
