Karl A. Brummer, David H. Ornduff and Heather A. Ornduff, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at The Landing Bar & Grill, 1926 Main St., Washougal.
Xiao Li, June Xiao, Carrie Lin and Chang Xu Jiang, for a license to sell beer and wine at Sushi Express, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite 262, Vancouver.
