Girls basketball: Union 44, W.F. West 35

Kendra Preuninger scored 11 points including two 3-pointers in key spots in the Union victory.

W.F. West opened the game with an 8-0 run. It held Union to one point in the third quarter and led 27-26.

Union (3-0) recovered with a 14-2 run to finish the game, applying full-court pressure defense to shut down W.F. West.

Jessica Chatman was solid on defense for the Titans against the taller W.F. West squad.
