A shirtless man reportedly shot a pistol Monday afternoon at 3701 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., location of the Clark County Needle Exchange and Cascade AIDS Project.

At 3:58 p.m., a man with a pony tail and no shirt argued with a patron of one of the businesses and shot off what might have been an airsoft pistol, said Kim Kapp, spokeswoman for the Vancouver Police Department. When officers, including one K-9, arrived, the suspect had fled.

Vancouver police are investigating.
