RSV to break ground on new medical plaza today

Vancouver-based RSV Building Solutions will break ground ceremoniously on a new medical plaza in the Salmon Creek area at an event from noon to 1 p.m. today.
The project will be at 13910 N.E. 10th Ave. It is being developed by four medical groups: Adventure Dental, Balanced Physical Therapy, Cascadia Women's Clinic and Creekside Medical.
