Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

APC Accounting has leased 845 square feet of office space at 9110 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Blizzard Yarn and Fiber has expanded its lease by 1,077 square feet at Davis Office Building, 6924 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Bubb’s Food Services has renewed its lease at East 18th Street Business Park, 5601 E. 18th St., Unit 208, Vancouver. Bubb’s provides catering with Hawaiian barbecue specialties. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Custom Care Valet Dry Cleaning has renewed its lease at Parkhill Center, 6319 E. Mill Plain, Blvd., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Gillespie Ventures, doing business as Freshii, a quick-serve restaurant, has leased 1,700 square feet at Mill Plain Crossing South, 18919 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 110, Vancouver. The anticipated opening date is May 1, and it will be the third Vancouver location. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Jeff Olson with CRA-NW represented the landlord.

Gina Schmierer has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for a hair salon at 9108 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties. Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Main Street Dental Group has purchased a 2,835-square-foot building at 407 W. Main St., Battle Ground, from Carol A. Debruyne Trustee. The purchase price was $420,000. Charlie Kleier and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.

SmartRG, specializing in software systems for telephone companies, has leased 3,323 square feet of office space at Columbia Shores, 501 S.E. Columbia Shores Blvd., Vancouver. SmartRG is expanding in Vancouver with additional technical support staff. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and the tenant.
