BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) — Bowling Green held Samford to 15 second-half points after trailing by 10 at the half and went on to a 57-42 nonconference victory Saturday.
Jordon Crawford, who shot 0-for-9 in the first half, scored all 14 of his points in the second, when Bowling Green (5-4) shot 47.8 percent (11 of 23) after making just 29.6 percent (8 of 27) in the first.
The Bulldogs (2-9) dropped from 52.6 percent (10 of 19) in the first half to 27.2 percent (6 of 22) in the second in posting their lowest point total this season.
Bowling Green held Wright State to 41 points in its last game, winning 54-41.
The Falcons began the second half with a 19-8 run, taking a 36-35 lead on Crawford’s 3-pointer with 11:17 remaining.
