ARNADA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION HOLIDAY PARTY, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Vancouver Housing Authority, first floor Community Room, 2500 Main St.: Meeting and party. Santa visits from 7 to 8 p.m. Potluck food and seasonal goodies. Set-up volunteers requested.
