Countryside Woods -- Carroll Hayden took his miniature "Funzville" display to the Great Train Expo in Portland recently. The 73-year-old hobbyist began collecting pieces for the amusement park display more than a decade ago. It's now complete, with 10 working rides, a scale monorail and carnival music. He said it's magnet for kids of all ages. The rides in his tiny carnival are from the Mr. Christmas musical ornament product line and include a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, a roller coaster and a merry-go-round. "It's a little bit different than you usually see," he said. Last summer, Hayden also finished a 25-year project, the "Crimson Queen" sternwheeler model.
