BATTLE GROUND — A plan to convert an existing Battle Ground commercial site into new space for multiple tenants is set to be reviewed this month by the Clark County Department of Community Development.
Plans for 19304 N.E. 112th Ave. in Battle Ground call for converting an existing 13,300-square-foot retail building into multi-tenant flex space for office and industrial users, and for parking upgrades and ground improvements at the 4.4-acre site. The building, which is owned by Battle Ground-based Columbia Adventist Academy, formerly housed a builder liquidation firm.
