HALLANDALE, Fla. (AP) — Stopshoppingmaria won the $54,000 allowance turf feature for fillies and mares at Gulfstream Park on Friday, beating Heaven Knows What by 1 1/4 lengths.
Trained by Todd Pletcher and ridden by John Velazquez, the 3-year-old filly ran five furlongs in 56:56 and paid $5.20, $3.40 and $3.20.
Heaven Knows What returned $4.80 and $3.60, and Lady Rizzi paid $6 to show.
