Trobella Cabinetry Inc., which makes custom cabinets for residential and commercial customers, has signed a permanent lease with the Port of Vancouver that keeps the company at the port through June 30, 2017.

Port commissioners unanimously approved the lease this week, securing 10,350 square feet of space for Trobella in Building 3201-Section D on Northwest Lower River Road. The company will initially employ as many as five people, according to port officials. Trobella’s lease term will generate $223,410 in income for the port.
