4-vehicle crash in downtown Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) -- A four-vehicle crash on Interstate 90 through downtown Spokane is snarling the morning commute.
The vehicles involved include a semi-trailer, a passenger car and a Spokane Police Department patrol vehicle. Only minor injuries have been reported.
The Washington State Patrol says the accident is being investigated as a vehicular assault.
