Seattle: woman found in SUV with gunshot injuries

SEATTLE (AP) -- Seattle police and fire officials say a young woman with life-threatening gunshot injuries was taken Thursday night from an SUV on Interstate 5 to Harborview Medical Center.
A spokesman for police in Tukwila, south of Seattle, says witnesses in the SUV told police the woman had been shot in Tukwila. Officer Mike Murphy says those witnesses said they were driving her north for medical care.
Murphy said Tukwila officers were looking around but initially found no evidence of a shooting.
