LONGVIEW, Wash. (AP) -- A Cowlitz County fire spokesman says a 53-year-old man has been airlifted from the Longview, Wash., area to a Vancouver hospital for treatment of a severe facial injury caused by a commercial-grade power grinder.
Cowlitz 2 Fire and Rescue spokesman Bryan Ditterick described the injury Friday as "very serious." He said he didn't know exactly what happened.
The Daily News said the man was not identified.
