Prospective students can learn about WSUV on Preview Day

Students planning to enroll at Washington State University Vancouver have a chance to check out the campus and the necessary paperwork next week.

Preview Day gives prospective students a chance to learn about the campus, the programs, student life, admissions, financial aid and more. The event will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the Dengerink Administration building, Room 110. An optional campus tour starts at 4:30 p.m.

The admissions seminar will cover requirements and how to apply to the university. Representatives from student government will share information about activities on campus. Students, staff and faculty will be on hand to answer questions.

There will also be a workshop on how to pay for college that will cover loans, grants, waivers and scholarships. Admissions counselors will be at the workshop.

Preview Day is free and open to the public. Park in the lot marked Orange 3 after 3:30 p.m. For more information, call 360-546-9779 or go to http://events.vancouver.wsu.edu.
