TROY, Ala. (AP) — Alan Jones scored 18 points to pace five in double figures for Troy in an 83-77 win over Western Kentucky on Saturday, snapping a four-game losing streak for the Trojans.

Emil Jones added 16 points, Will Weathers and Justin Wright had 12 points apiece and Tim Owens had 10 for Troy (8-15, 2-9 Sun Belt Conference). The Trojans have swept the regular-season series, also beating the Hilltoppers on Jan. 7.

Troy had to rally in the contest, as the Trojans trailed for most of the first half and by nine at the break. Western Kentucky stretched its lead to 11 early in the second half before R.J. Scott and Alan Jones hit back-to-back 3s to start a 22-5 Troy run.

The Trojans led the rest of the way, outscoring the Hilltoppers 53-38 in the second to seal it.

T.J. Price had 17 points to lead Western Kentucky (8-17, 4-7).
