Cougill, Sykes help Green Bay top Youngstown 71-65

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Brennan Cougill and Keifer Sykes each recorded double-doubles Tuesday night to lead Green Bay to a 71-65 win over Youngstown State.

Both players scored 17 points, while Cougill grabbed 11 rebounds and Sykes had 10 assists for the Phoenix (11-14, 7-8 Horizon). Alec Brown added 14 points and nine rebounds.

Steve Baker added 11 points for Green Bay, making three 3-pointers. The Phoenix shot 61 percent in the second half and finished the game at 44 percent from the field.

Blake Allen had 23 points to lead the Penguins (14-12, 9-7). Kendrick Perry scored 17 points for Youngstown State.
