Marilyn’s Guy wins Big A’s As Indicated Stakes

NEW YORK (AP) — Marilyn’s Guy dueled down the stretch with 1-5 favorite San Pablo and won by a nose Saturday in the $73,500 As Indicated Stakes at Aqueduct.

Chuckie Lopez was aboard the gray 6-year-old gelding, who was making his first start since last March. Trained by Tony Dutrow, Marilyn’s Guy won for the eighth time in 24 starts. The time was 1:37.37 for the mile.

Marilyn’s Guy paid $8, $2.50 and $2.20. San Pablo returned $2.10 and $2.10 while Linebacker paid $3 to show.
