MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Brittany Hrynko scored 21 points and Anna Martin added 19 as 24th-ranked DePaul came back in the second half to defeat West Virginia 77-63 Saturday after trailing by 14 at halftime.
The Blue Demons (20-7, 8-5 Big East) scored 53 points in the second half, while making 17 of 25 shots (68 percent). Hrynko was 4 of 5 from 3-point range in the second half.
The Mountaineers (19-7, 9-4), who had won their last five, including wins over ranked opponents Louisville, Notre Dame and Rutgers in their last three, shot 27.3 percent (9 of 33) in the second half.
DePaul began the second half with a 14-0 run as West Virginia went scoreless for the first 4:55.
