Kevin Bailey had 18 points, Tanner Riley 16 and Dorian Cason 13 for the Pilots, who have lost four in a row and 10 of their last 11.

The Waves used an 11-0 run to take their largest lead of the game, 47-34, with 11 minutes to play. Portland cut the deficit to 58-55 with 3:20 remaining, but didn’t score again until 35 seconds were left as Pepperdine built the lead back to 65-55.
