Arrivederci Caro wins Santa Anita feature

ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) -- Arrivederci Caro burst between horses in the stretch to win the $58,350 Field of Dreams Purse for California-bred fillies and mares by a head on Thursday at Santa Anita.
Ridden by Hector Berrios, Arrivederci Caro ran one mile on the turf in 1:35.16 and paid $13.40, $6.20 and $3.
California Heat returned $9.20 and $4. Shezabigbroad was another half-length back in third and paid $3.40 to show.
Arrivederci Caro lost by a head in her Santa Anita debut last month. This time, she won a driving finish involving five of the six starters. The first five were separated by less than a length.
The victory, worth $34,800, increased Arrivederci Caro's career earnings to $146,942, with three wins in 33 races. She has finished second nine times and third six times.
