HAMDEN, Conn. (AP) — James Johnson scored 28 points and Ousmane Drame had a double-double to lead Quinnipiac to a 73-69 win over Robert Morris on Saturday in the regular-season finale for both teams.

Drame finished with 12 points and 11 rebounds — five offensive — for the Bobcats (17-12, 10-8 Northeast Conference), who have two straight games. Garvey Young had 11 points.

Quinnipiac trailed 60-59 with 2:29 left in the second half when Velton Jones knocked down two free throws. But James, who went 4 of 8 from beyond the arc, put the Bobcats ahead by two points and for good on a 3-pointer.

Jones scored 29 points on 9 of 17 shooting but fouled out for the Colonials (22-9, 13-5), who had their six-game winning streak snapped. Russell Johnson scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the loss.

Quinnipiac outrebounded Robert Morris 39-28.
