22 displaced by Tualatin apartment building fire

TUALATIN, Ore. (AP) -- The Red Cross is helping 22 people displaced by a fire in their apartment building at Tualatin.
Three residents escaped the flames Sunday afternoon by jumping from a balcony, about 10 feet off the ground.
The Oregonian reports (http://is.gd/1g72Aq ) they were treated for smoke inhalation at the nearby Legacy Meridian Park Hospital.
Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue says four of the 10 units in the building were damaged by fire, smoke and water.
