6 accused of assistance in WSP trooper’s killing

PORT ORCHARD, Wash. (AP) — A sixth person has been arrested for allegedly helping a man who shot and killed a Washington State Patrol trooper during a traffic stop.

Four other people accused of rendering criminal assistance in Thursday’s killing of Tony Radulescu (rad-ihl-EHS’-kyoo) near Gorst.were scheduled to make preliminary appearances at 3 p.m. Monday in Kitsap County District Court. The Kitsap County sheriff’s office says they include an 18-year-old woman who was a passenger in the pickup driven by Joshua Blake when he was pulled over.

The others arrested Friday were at an address where Blake abandoned the truck after the shooting. They are a 26-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man, and a 37-year-old man. A sixth person was arrested Monday.

Blake’s former girlfriend, 32-year-old Jessi Leigh Foster, was arrested Thursday after he shot and killed himself. She’s accused of trying to help him flee. She appeared in court Friday and is held on $500,000 bail.
