SALEM, Ore. (AP) — A man with restraining orders from eight people is accused of running his former boss off the road during the weekend and holding her against her will with a gun.

Police say 35-year-old Nicholas Librande was arrested Sunday and had a ninth restraining order placed on him after the incident in Salem, KGW-TV reports (http://bit.ly/wpgmQS ).

Librande has restraining orders in Multnomah, Marion, Polk, Linn, and Washington counties.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Bob Ray says he’s afraid “someone’s going to get really hurt.”

Librande faces first-degree attempted kidnapping, unlawful use of a firearm, menacing, and stalking charges.
