The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor Control Board:

Safeway Inc., for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Safeway, 13023 N.E. Highway 99, Suite 1, Vancouver.
Greg A. Shelby, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Mill Corner, 204 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas.
Connie Frank and Vernon Frank, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven, 9900 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver and 12908 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver.
