JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (AP) — A former professional wrestler has filed a lawsuit claiming that an opponent who was supposed to lose a match last June instead tried to win and kicked him so hard in the crotch that his right testicle ruptured and had to be removed.

John Levi Miller filed his lawsuit Monday in a Jeffersonville, Ind., court against Clinton Woosley, who wrestles under the name Guido Andretti, and event promoter Coliseum Championship Wrestling.

Miller, who appeared on season two of the Oxygen Channel reality show “Love Games,” claims Woosley declined his invitation to determine a pre-match strategy and later kicked him hard in an attempt to win.

The promotion company’s owner, Sam Cosby, told The Courier-Journal of Louisville, Ky., (http://cjky.it/yneWBD ) that Miller actually won the match and never mentioned being hurt.
