NORTH BEND, Wash. (AP) — A preliminary report on the crash of a small plane on Mount Si near North Bend says there’s no indication of engine trouble.
The National Transportation Safety Board investigator, Wayne Pollack, wrote on the agency’s website there’s no evidence of a problem with the engine, oil leakage or fire.
The Seattle Times reports (http://is.gd/gabolD ) the investigation continues and will likely take several months.
Three people were killed when the single-engine Cessna crashed in the early morning hours of Feb. 15.
